- 1984-1985: YTS apprenticeship at British Seagull
- Learning all aspects of Boat Manufacturing & specialising in Machine Shop
- 1985-2015: Sunseeker International Ltd
- 13 years in Production as General Marine Engineer/Electrical Engineer and covering all trades
- 10 years specialising in the Test Department, assisting with Warranty and managing Handovers
- 7 years Senior Supervisor progressing to Manager of the Test Department and Completion Department
